    Differant exercises have differing levels of difficulty. I'm going to try and develop a system where by you can directly compare reps of one exercise to another based off thier difficulty and which type of training they are.

    My basic system as it stands is as follows

    Easy medium hard WTF
    1x 2x 4x 8x


    So by using this system, if i wanted to do 100 pushups, i could instead opt to do 50 hindu pushups, or 25 sloppy one armed pushups, or 12-13 strict one armed pushups.

    This system is going to see many changes as testing goes one, but i hope to use it to effectivly balance my training.
