I've been working on a simple, quick system for fitness. Something that works the cardio, while hitting as many muscle groups as possible in as little time as possible. Here is what i've developed thus far.
My girlfriend likes to drink Tea. She will have a couple mugs every night. It takes 2 minutes 20 seconds for it to reach optimal tempurature in our microwave. I figured, why not use that set time as a workout. The US army has a 2 minute pushup challenge, where by you do as many pushups as possible in 2 minutes. I'm opting to emulate this.

8:30pm. pushups session one.
Three sets, consisting of 65, 25, and 15 reps for a total of 100
9:00pm. pushups session two.
four sets, consisting of 34, 40, and 16 reps for a total of 100
10:00pm. pushups session three.
three sets, consisting of 25, 15, and 10 reps for a total of 50
I intend to build upon this system over the next few weeks and months, incorperating advanced pushup techniques, squats, and pullups.
