    Ok, gonna take a second shot at this.

    Monday June 1 2009

    1 1/2 cups honey nut cherrios
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 1/2 servings trailmix (170cal per serving)
    pasta and meat sauce (estimated 450cal)
    banana wallnut blueberry muffin (no clue)
    1.5L loose packed salad with 1 tbspn italian herb dressing
    steak, mashed potatos w/ cream cheese, brocoli and carrots for dinner

    1.5 servings trailmix
    pasta sauce and pasta
    blueberry wallnut banana muffin
    large salad with 2tbspn dressing (the 1 i used yesterday wasnt enough)
    1 medium banana
    beef fajita stuffing (no tortia's) with toasted flat bread and hummus
    no desert

    Its more of a place holder incase i have something. probaly some watermelon or strawberrys.

    1/3 bag of theater style popcorn

    June 5-7

    Friday was mostly normal, up till dinner. ordered a pizza from panago. 1/2 of a small chicken club, with feta instead of tomatos, cheese sauce added in addition to the normal jalapeno ranch, and a cheese dip as well. horray for 1000 calories worth of pizza in three small slices.... ahh well.

    The 6th and 7th were camping. hot dogs, chips, hot chocolate, a beer or two. all normal camping food. healthy? no. But whatever, i had a good week for healthy eating.

    Back to normal today.

    Bit of a lack of updates for awhile. more or less spent last week as a carbon copy of the week before.

    Today i did things a touch differant... mostly due to being lazy and not cooking food at home.

    2 wheetbix with milk for breakfast
    1/3 cup trailmix for morning snack
    1 can tomato soup with 4 stoned wheat thins for lunch
    1 plum and 1 serving of whey powder (with water) for afternoon snacks.

    I'm presently a bit light headed, and i think the general lack of caloric intake for the day is to blame. i figure thus far i'm at around 1000cal, give or take. 300ish for breakfast, 300ish for lunch, 200 from trail mix, 120 from whey, and whatever a plum is. 70? Normal day i'd be hungry but ok, but today i did 225cal worth of cardio in the morning, which puts me at more like 775 for the day thus far. not enough given its almost 4pm now.

    Tomorrow i plan on having a more filling lunch.
