Soon there be Sparing

After Sensei Rick's visit, Shihan has decided its time to get us lower belts sparing. Larry is very rusty as he never has anybody to spar with, and needs to get his skills up. So us green belts are gonna get trained up as moving punching bags for him.

I'm excited about this as i've found sparing to be one of the most physicaly exhausting activities possible. Exercise thats about as fun as it gets!

I wanna go baaaaaaaack to Go-Shin Do now

Do it. Even if only once per week.

Logistical nightmare. I live in effing Barnhartvale.

Yeah, that could be a bit of a problem. its what, 25 minute drive each way?

From my place to Shihans? Definitely 25 minutes, at the worst time of the day: bedtime for three kids.

We'll see what happens next year, when the kids get a bit older and can handle going to sleep better, but right now, Poppy and Phee are just rage-filled little drunk demon-midgets when they get tired.
