Rope climbing. Wow. Imagine all the joy of pullups, with a much larger range of motion, and stupid amounts of grip work. I tried doing some rope climbing at karate last night (instructor has a rope in the garage). Wow is all i can say. due to grip issues i couldnt even sucessfully do one "rep" worth. So i opted to just kinda hang, and pull myself up to the point where i'd normaly let go with one hand and move it over the other. I need to work that grip if i'm gonna be able to do this properly.
I highly advise anybody with a garage, a rope, and a desire for a back/biceps the size of a mountain to do this on a daily basis.
